Our Full-Day Sewing Workshops are designed for kids and teens who love making, designing and hands-on learning in a calm, creative environment.

Perfect for student-free days, homeschool families or creative children wanting a full day of sewing, these workshops combine sewing projects, creative activities and supervised studio time throughout the day.

About the Workshops

Each full-day workshop includes guided sewing projects, sewing machine practice and creative activities adapted to each child’s age and skill level.

Children will build confidence, creativity and independence while learning practical sewing skills in a supportive small-group environment.

Workshops are taught by a female fashion professional using upcycled and sustainable materials whenever possible.

Who Can Participate?

Suitable for school-aged children from 6 years old through to teens (Grade 1 to Year 12).

Beginners and experienced young sewists welcome

Projects adapted to individual skill levels

Focus on creativity, independence and problem-solving

Parents do not need to stay during the session, but are welcome to relax in our parent area.

Power points are available if you’d like to work while you wait.

Important Safety & Privacy Information

For safety reasons, the studio door may be locked during class.

We respect the privacy of all children, no photos are taken during class. If you’d like a photo of your child sewing, please speak with us to organise this separately.

Mobile phones are not permitted during class. Children are asked to keep phones away for the duration of the session.

Workshop Policy

Workshops run subject to minimum enrolments.

If your child is unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

With at least 2 days’ notice, we can offer a cancellation and refund.

Make-up sessions and refunds cannot be arranged after an unexplained absence.
